This luxurious 750m2 chalet, renovated in 2015, is located a 3-minute drive from Villars-sur-Ollon and a five-minute drive from the main lifts. It overlooks the "Dents du midi" and offers panoramic views of the Swiss Alps.
The chalet can accommodate up to 13 people : it has 6 bedrooms, one suite and 5 bathrooms. 3 rooms have a TV screen with Netflix, YouTube and a Swisscom box. It has a very cozy main living room with a fireplace, a TV and a dining area, another living room with a fireplace, 3 large terraces with a breathtaking view of the mountains, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, 2 individual toilets on the ground floor, a checkroom with a dryer for ski equipment and an elevator.
All these rooms and lounges are spread over three spacious floors, preserving at all times the privacy and comfort of the guests. The main rooms are decorated in a particularly warm style, furnished with genuine Austrian and Swiss wardrobes, wooden panelling and collections of traditional art.
The indoor pool and the adjacent steam room (which includes a shower and toilet) are decorated with particular refinement. Through the large windows that border the pool area, one can admire the breathtaking view of the Alps.
Unusual for a mountain chalet, a large snooker room with a bar is also available. This room can be transformed in minutes into a fully equipped home cinema, with seating and sofas, and a large retractable screen, all controlled by a fully automated system (including Netflix, YouTube and a Swisscom TV box). Built entirely of wood, the billiard room is stunningly elegant, with a sobering touch of British colonial style.
Finally, a large garage space is provided to accommodate up to 6 vehicles, 3 of which can be placed in the heated interior garage and the 3 others under the exterior covered and electrically heated floor parking lot.
